
- Develops key reports for the sales team on a weekly and monthly basis using Tableau or Power BI.
- Performs analysis of data, and translates it into easy-to-understand information to support marketing and trade spend efforts.
- Manages trade spend budgets for the sales team and presents ROI on promotions, slotting, etc.
- Works closely with our Executive Director and VP of Sales to develop charts/graphs, etc for retail pitches and board meetings.
- Alerts team when new trends or concerns appear so that team can react quickly and proactively.
- Facilitates research projects as needed.
- Ships samples to new distributors and retailers as needed
- Completes onboarding paperwork for new distributors and retailers.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics or equivalent.
- Possesses a mastery of Excel as well as good knowledge of statistical principles
- Experience with data tools: VIP, KARMA, Tableau, Power BI, and other CPG distribution reporting systems.
- Preferred beverage or CPG sales experience.
- Startup experience, doesn’t mind getting in the weeds and doing what needs to be done.
