Rambler Sparkling Water is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive retail and distribution growth across the Greater Dallas/Fort Worth market. This role will serve as a key brand ambassador, responsible for growing Rambler’s presence across all channels—including Grocery, Class B, Independents, and Foodservice/On-Premise. Responsibilities include building strong retailer relationships, identifying and securing new distribution partners, managing existing distributor accounts, collaborating with third-party merchandising teams, executing in-store demos, and supporting local event activations throughout the territory.
We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, adaptable, and solutions-oriented—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings positive energy into every interaction. The right person knows how to push boundaries respectfully and execute with confidence and follow-through. Strong communication skills, both internal and external, are a must. The ideal candidate has beverage experience, understands the DFW grocery and mass channel landscape, DSD experience, and knows how to build and support an On-Premise business from the ground up.
