- Conducting in-person sales calls and face-to-face meetings with potential retailers
- Building and maintaining relationships with grocery retail managers, on-premise accounts, and key distributors.
- Achieving assigned quarterly volume and distribution goals to support the company’s annual sales goals.
- Reviewing your market’s sales and providing updates to the team weekly
- Developing and maintaining supportive, productive and effective relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Demonstrating a strong work ethic and representing the company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty and professionalism.
- Maintaining records of all sales leads for all On-Premise and Off-Premise accounts through Karma/VIP
- Monitoring the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within CPG, preferably beverage, sales environments.
- Ideal candidate is familiar with the DFW market
- Goal oriented, this person needs to be able to adapt to challenges, manage workload and gets results
- Collaborative, forward thinking and flexible. Needs to be able to work well with others in fast paced environments
- Computer skills include: Google Slide or Powerpoint,Excel, Word, VIP, Karma
- Must have a reliable car and willingness to commute across DFW metroplex for store visits
