We are seeking a National Accounts Director of Foodservice to lead Rambler’s growth into the foodservice channel. This includes securing national and regional chain accounts, building out distribution through partners like Sysco, US Foods, and Vistar, and mentoring regional talent to support execution at the regional and local level. The ideal candidate has prior success building a national foodservice business and understands how to take a brand from early distribution in new regions to meaningful penetration and pull-through nationally.
We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, adaptable, and solutions-oriented—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings positive energy into every interaction. The right person knows how to push boundaries respectfully and execute with confidence and follow-through. Strong communication skills, both internal and external, are a must. The ideal candidate lives in Texas or Los Angeles, has beverage experience, understands, and knows how to build a national foodservice business from the ground up.
